Om Swastiastu / Very Welcome in our Villa Swastiastu!I am Iluh, I grew up in the next village to Air Sanih, and together with my husband we built Villa Swastiastu to welcome lovely people like you! We are very happy if you decide to spend your holiday in our villa and we do everything to make your time relaxing and unforgettable!Our Villa Swastiastu was built in an area with several villas called „Coco Garden“ and is placed in a 300m2 garden with total privacy and surrounded by plenty of coconut trees. Villa Swastiastu has 2 buildings and can accomodate up to 4 people.In the main building you can find a big bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, plenty of space for your clothes, a working desk and a Flat-TV, which offers around 30 international and a wide range of Indonesian programs plus Smart TV with Youtube and other Apps. For your comfort the bedroom comes with a strong AC. Open the glass doors and jump directly into your private pool (7x3 meters), cool down with your extra refreshing outdoor shower and relax on your comfortable high quality sun beds or in your cosy hammock. The main building also comes with a beautiful bathroom and a modern hot/cold shower. Next door to the bedroom you find your living area with love selected furniture. A few steps more and you are in your fully equipped kitchen (new breadtoaster, new ricecooker, new blender, waterheater, modern frigde, gascooking, water despenser and all important cooking materials) and dining area. In case of rain or even if you want more shadow you can close the living and kitchen area with bamboo curtains.The second building is built in a very modern style. Here you find a big bedroom with a fantastic panoramic window, which you can completely open and which faces the beautiful garden. Our second bedroom has its own big bathroom.In a 5 minutes scooterdrive you are at the ocean, our Swastiastu beach sunbeds and at some small warungs.Feel free to book our Breakfast Service, In House Massage with our international experienced SPA therapist, a fishing, snorkeling or sunset/sunrise trip with our own traditional fishing boat and our family captain.

Beach

If you book Villa Swastiastu you can enjoy our romantic and luxury Villa and you can also relax at the beach on our Swastiastu beach sunbeds, which are placed direct at the ocean in the garden of our partner-restaurant "Warung Pesisi". Just a 5 minutes scooterdrive from our Villa.

After a very stressful time I was looking for a peaceful place where I could really relax and recharge my batteries. When I saw Ni Luh's villa on Airbnb, I was immediately excited and thought that this could be the right place for me. My stay here was too short as this Poolvilla is just amazing and offers total privacy. The bed overlooking the swimmingpool was super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom very clean and the additional outdoor shower very refreshing. Just came back from 3 incredibly relaxing days at Ni Luh‘s Poolvilla. When I arrived, Ni Luh greeted me like I was in a luxury hotel, with cool scented towels, a refreshing welcome drink and a fruit bowl. The poolvilla is extremely clean and furnished with great taste. The bed is super comfortable and I woke up every day looking out over my private swimmingpool. The kitchen is generously equipped and even offers a brand new blender and rice cooker. Ni Luh really thought of everything. The swimmingpool is clean, large and great for swimming. The villa is surrounded by a plant-covered wall and offers total privacy. A hidden gem hosted by the most welcoming family. I recommend anyone to stay for a few days to relax and recharge their battery if doing a long roadtrip like we did. The house is clearly taken care for with love and lots of attention to detail to make the stay memorable. You will find board games, and books lots of ambient lights and comfortable seating areas to wind down and relax. located almost directly by the beach where you can swim, eat at good restaurants,and watch the fishermen. BEACH

You can enjoy our romantic and luxury Villa and you can also relax at the beach on our Swastiastu beach sunbeds, which are placed direct at the ocean in the garden of our partner-restaurant "Warung Pesisi". Just a 5 minutes scooterdrive from our Villa.If you go there, just tell the owner or the waiter that you come from Villa Swastiastu and they will show you your sunbeds. Just in case the sunbeds are occupied and the waiter dont know what to do, please call us.

ELECTRICITY, GAS, WATER

... is included in your rate. If anything finish please let us know.We provided icecubes (from dinking water) in the freezer and complimentary cool drinking water, a welcome juice and fresh fruits in your fridge.Also coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oile free of use.If you go out in the evening please open the lights of the garden, so also the lights outside on the wall will be on and give you light when you come back to the parking place in the darkness.

SECURITY AND EMERGENCY

Please not forget to lock your bathroom, bedroom (plus glassdoor to the swimmingpool) and garden door in the night and when you go out.A Safe Box you will find in the big wardrobe in the masterbedroom. Please follow the instructions we provided there. If you have any problem, please call us.A First-Aid kit you find in the cabinet in your master - bedroom.For the emergency case of fire we prepared an extinguisher on the wall just on the corner of the outdoorshower.

SILENT AREA

People who come to our Villa Swastiastu normally looking for relaxing and peace. If you listen music, please do it only for you.If you feel disturbed by guests of another Villa of the Coco Garden Resort let us know and we do our best.

CLEANING

We try to give you the best service and we also want respect your privacy!Please let us know, at which time you like which service and when you dont want a service:
1. Housekeeping and Gardenservice: normally Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 10am to 12:00am
2. Poolcleaning: normally daily from 10am to 10:30amPlease help us to minimalize soap and chemical!
1. Changing your bathroom + pool towels: whenever you want the change (please put it in the laundry basket in your bathroom and Putu will change when she come for cleaning)

STORES, ATM, PHARMACY

We already prepared a shopping bag in the kitchen to avoid more plastic in Bali.In Air Sanih you will find some small shops (Tokos) for snacks, ice cream, drinks.There is a good shop for vegetables opposite of the military camp.At the entrance of the military camp you also find an ATM.A morning market with good choice you will find in Sangsit (about 20 minutes by scooter, street to Singaraja). It will close before 9am!More shops and a small international Supermarket (ABD) you find in Singaraja (about half hour by scooter).A big international supermarket (Pepito) you find in Lovina (about 45 minutes by scooter). If you want fill up your things for more days our driver can bring you by car for IDR 400.000.When you do a trip to Lovina, visit also our favorite bakery and restaurant: Buda Bakery (you find the menue also in your Villa). If you stay longer with us, we recommend to order bread there via WA. Order untill 2pm and pick it up on the next day. Drive by scooter around 45 minutes or with our driver for IDR 400.000.The next pharmacy is in Kubutambahan (15 minutes scooterdrive, street to Singaraja)There is no doctor in Air Sanih, but we have a nurse who do first helping and also has a small range of medicine. She stay close to the Air Sanih Natural Swimmingpool. If you need her, just give us a call. She also come to your Villa.

SCOOTER RENTAL

The best way to come around is with a scooter. We can organize a good scooter with two helmet for just IDR 70.000 per day.Note: You will need a international driving license for motorcycles and should be aware of the “unique” way of driving in Bali. Villa Swastiastu will provide you with a helmet for protection, but has to deny any further responsibility in case of an accident. There is no insurance when you renting a scooter.

LAUNDRY

We work with 2 laundrys in the village. The price for 1 Kilo is IDR 5.000. Normally ready in 1 or 2 days.
Use the bag in your bathroom for your private laundry and just give it Putu, when she come for housekeeping.

MASSAGE

Iluh (the owner) has international SPA experience and is happy to come to your Villa for a relaxing massage. If you are two people, also a friend of her will come.In House Massage (Full Body)

Our Flat-TV offer around 30 international and a wide range of Indonesian programs plus Smart TV with Youtube and other Apps. To start the TV please press the red button on the big remote. To choose the program press on the small remote the OK/List button, choose the program and press on this button OK.We love books and we are happy if you start reading in one of our books other guests left in our Villa. If your holiday finish just take it with you and enjoy reading at home. If you have a book you want left for other guests, we already say thank you!You also find a game- and badminton set in the cabinet in the master-bedroom.

Banjar Holy Hot Springs has a sulfur content of 26% and a temperature of ± 38 ° C which is perfect for healing. There are three main pools, a Jacuzzi and they also offer massage.Impressive Waterfalls- Les Waterfall (the nearest waterfall to your Villa, around 30 minutes scooterdrive on the way to Amed with a 15 minutes beautiful walk from the parking place)
- Banyumala Twin Waterfall in Wanagiri (our absolute favourite but try to be there early)
- GitGit Waterfall (GitGit Waterfall is one of Bali’s most famous falls)
- Sekumpul Waterfall (Sekumpul Waterfall is said to be Bali’s most beautiful waterfall)
- Niagara Munduk with a reputation as the Niagara Falls of Bali, you HAVE to check out Munduk’s beautiful fallsTemple- Bukit Dulang Hindu Temple
5 minutes from here in the next village named Bukti (way to Amed). Many steps up, but with a spectacular seaview on the top.

Our special travel tip for you! Amazing temple close to Lovina. You should go in the morning before 10.30 as the afternoon will be much more crowded.

15 minutes from here on the way to Amed. The 14th century Ulun Danu tempel is the most iconic Balinese tempel – and surely the most photographed.
Stroll around the beautiful tempel compound and its serene park on the shores of the sacred Lake Bratan. The lake is part of several inactive volcanic craters in the center of the island which are the water reservoir of Bali today.
Visit the fruit and flower market, located in the cool mountain region of Bedugul, Bali’s fertile vegetable garden. The market sells fresh fruit, spices, vegetables and specializes in orchids & other tropical flowers.
The Botanical Gardens sits on 200 hectares of land. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of this tropical place and see colorful birds, beautiful flowers & exotic trees.
Duration: approx. 5 hours- Kintamani & Batur Tour
Your first stop is at “Beji Tempel” which represents the colorful architectural style, of Northern Bali, with a variety of sculptures covering every available space.
Continue to the Penulisan tempel, located on the hill of Penulisan over the village of Bantang. The Tempel was built in the 9th century and is used to present times. You will walk around the tempel and can climb the stairs to the top of the building (walking 45 min).
Back in the car, you are heading for your next highlight: The Kintamani Volcano Complex. Enjoy the scenic view over the lakes of central Bali and Mount Batur.
Mount Batur is the most active volcano in Bali and erupted three times in the twenties century: 1917, 1927 and 1995.
Duration: approx. 5 hours- Munduk Tour & Hot Springs
The coffee made Munduk well-known on the island of Bali. The beautiful mountain village offers scenic views, pretty houses and beautiful rice terraces, and you may want to try a cup of coffee directly from the producer next to Munduk small waterfall. (walking 15 minutes)
Stop at the nearby Hot Springs in Banjar. The three pools of slightly sulfurous hot water are popular amongst the Balinese, and you may enjoy a shoulder massage under one of the small waterfalls. (walking 5 minutes)
Visit the only Buddhist Monastery in Bali. It was built in the early 1970’s as a combination of Balinese and Southeast Asian architecture with stunning views of the Northern coastline of Bali. (walking 10 minutes)- Snorkeling at Menjangan Island
The car will bring you to a small harbour where you board the boat to Menjangan Island, one of the best underwater spots on Bali. The coral reefs begins 10 meters from the beach & drop to depths of 60 meters with a rich and colourful marine life, ideal for both snorkeling and diving.
The white sand beaches are home to the friendly Balinese Kijang deer.
Duration: approx. 8 hours- Snorkeling at Tulamben Beach
The USS Liberty shipwreck lies a mere 30m offshore, and almost parallel to the beach.
Over the years anything reusable was removed and then in 1963, due to the earth tremors from the last eruption of Mount Agung, the wreck slid further down the black sand slope where it remains - as close to the beach as it can be yet still underwater.
The black sand provides an excellent colour contrast for the incredible variety of marine life.

Enjoy your trip to the Old Harbor of Singaraja with its many old warehouses dating back to the Dutch colonial times. Visit a beautiful Chinese Tempel overlooking the ocean in the harbor district.
Drive on to Gedong Kirtya, the Lontar Library, Singaraja’s unique collection of old Balinese palm leaf documents. The library has a collection of Balinese literature, medical documents, black magic & even comic strips.
Visit Museum and Sasana Budaya Art Center where the typical Buleleng sarongs and other clothes are traditionally woven. In the Berdikari cloth factory you may watch the production of ikat fabric.
Museum and library are open to visitors during weekdays, but are closed on weekends and national holidays. Duration: approx. 4 hours- Boat Safaris in the Bay of Lovina
The dolphins of the Bay of Lovina are famous for their number and – despite the fact that they are wild animals – they like to play with the boats and come very close, so that you are able to hopefully see a lot of them next to your boat.
Leave the hotel at 6am or 7.30 am after a cup of coffee and have your breakfast after your return with lots of impressions of the dolphins … Duration: approx. 2,5 hours- Trekking at Mount Batur
